چکیده

The combustion effect of natural gas-air mixed is optimised through an effective and rational design the burner structure, thereby reducing emission atmospheric pollutants achieving energy saving reduction. This paper starts from geometric model uses Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology to numerically simulate distribution in burner, which results after optimising structure. guiding blower guide vanes on airflow weak, back pressure mounting body significant, reduces primary air volume prolongs history central region flame; temperature field evenly distributed well distributed; CH4 CO furnace chamber are basically burned out NO concentration about 800 ppm, meets standard good. has certain significance for study

The Simulation of Biogas Combustion in a Mild Burner

This paper discusses the design and development of moderate and intense low oxygen dilution (MILD) combustion burners, including details of the computational fluid dynamics process, step-by-step from designing the model until post-processing. A 40 mm diameter bluff-body burner was used as the flame stabilizer. The fuel nozzle was placed in the center with a diameter of 1mm and an annular air no...

Numerical Investigation on the Flow, Combustion and NOx Emission Characteristics in a 10 MW Premixed Gas Burner

The characteristics of the combustion temperature, flow velocity, CO distribution and NOx emissions of a 10 MW gas burner at different primary to secondary air ratios are numerically studied using computational fluid dynamics software Fluent. The results indicate that the primary to secondary air ratio in gas burner determines the combustion quality through influencing some parameters directly,...

Numerical Simulation of Combustion with Porous Medium in I.C. Engine

Porous media has interesting features in compared with free flame combustion due to the extended of the lean flammability limits and lower emissions. Advanced new generation of internal combustion (IC) engines are expected to have far better emissions levels both gaseous and particulate matter, at the same time having far lower fuel consumption on a wide range of operating condition. These c...

Numerical Simulation of Gas - Solid Two - Phase Flow for Four - Channels Pulverized Swirling Burner

This article presents a mathematical model of cold gas-solid two-phase flow which is based on the cement rotary kiln in service. By altering the parameters of air supply system of fourchannels pulverized burner, investigations are taken of that motion trajectory and particle distributions in the very turbulent field. The results show that motion trail of most particles in rotary kiln is a combi...
